Kimi Pohlman Moi

Teamwork is integral to my life. As a kid, I discovered a knack for softball, landing at the University of Washington where I had the privilege of starting all four years for the women’s softball team and being a part of the program’s first National Championship. My drive to be disciplined, ability to know how my skillset stacks against the competition, and desire to go to bat for teammates is the foundation for my life and work ethic. After graduating UW with a degree in Communications, continuing my softball career in the Pro Fastpitch League and dabbling in various fields of sales, I decided to pursue my love of all things home related: design, décor, and most importantly the buying and selling process. From remodeling my own 100-year-old farmhouse to working with luxury builders Murray Franklyn and Terrene Homes, to assisting clients with all their buying/selling needs, I am grateful to have a job that I love, working alongside incredible people. Born and raised on the Eastside, I’m intimately familiar with Seattle and surrounding areas and look forward to sharing this beloved corner of the world with you.

Sven Moi

Bio

A proud United States Marine Corps veteran, I served with distinction—earning multiple meritorious promotions—while leading the scheduling and training of Marine teams and overseeing millions of dollars in equipment. My service included international training operations, such as coordinating with Republic of Korea Marines, and I was selected to represent my company in specialized courses including Combat Life Saving, Jungle Warfare, and Military Operations on Urban Terrain.

Following my military career, I transitioned into the construction industry, where I’ve spent over eight years honing my craft as an expert finish carpenter. I’ve led a wide range of high-end interior and exterior renovation projects, from modest residential improvements to multimillion-dollar builds. I’ve collaborated with some of the best custom home builders and eventually launched two businesses—one specializing in finish carpentry and the other in exterior structures—which I later combined into a full-service general construction company.

Mission Statement

My mission is to create a flourishing life for my family while using my skills and business to uplift others. I strive to relieve the everyday stresses of my clients through honesty, determination, and exceptional service—building a business that people trust, value, and proudly recommend.
